My mother suddenly fell ill and I had to quit my job and relocate to Hawaii immediately to care for her. I reached out to Randy while I was in Hawaii and notified him of my plans – to return to San Jose for 3 weeks to get my property cleaned and prepped for sale and move my family back to Oahu. Thus, I was hampered by uncompromising time constraints. As soon as I arrived in San Jose, Randy found time out of his busy schedule to meet with me. He was genuinely empathetic towards my situation and expressed his whole-hearted dedication to assisting me with the sale of my home. He patiently counseled me through the entire home-selling process, putting together a detailed action plan so that we could get me back to Hawaii asap. He took us to see houses and shared his knowledge of the neighborhood, the condition of each house and what he thought a fair offer was for each home. He walked us step by step in reading disclosures and made sure we were always aware of what we were signing because reading every page would have been very overwhelming. He was always super prompt in returning messages and answering all our questions. He’s genuinely a good person and has your best interest at heart. He definitely knows the market and when to strike."
